Centipede Thing

I was looking around my tank last night and noticed a worm type thing spinning really fast in the water column. I quickly removed it. I was looking again tonight, and noticed several things crawling over my lr. They're not bristle worms. I couldn't get a picture because they're only about a centimeter long and seem to have tons of little legs and possibly antenna. They're a pale yellow in color. Im just worried they're not reef safe. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
