Are there any relatively cheap chillers for a small 14 gallon biocube that keeps it around 74-78 degrees?

I'm not sure about that buy I bet you could DIY a solution on the chap. You can get small fan cooled radiators, tubes, and pumps used for liquid cooling computers on the cheap.

Yes, I have a chiller, it costed me $150, I got it from marinedepot.com It is a AquaEuroUSA Mighty Pro CL Series Aquarium Chiller.

It was for my 6 gallon aquarium, its up to 12 gallons, i think it would work good for 14 gallons, if not, they hav on for up 24 gallons.

I just found MicroChiller for Nano-Reef Tanks or Small Aquariums. It is a nano chiller.
