Cichlid with Ich?

I recent acquired 4 yellow tailed acei and they see to be having Ich symptoms. I'm not sure if they are scratching themselves against rocks or simply trying to squeeze through the holes in rocks.

I can't tell if these are natural white spots or ich. I had slowly increased my temp to 86 and added salt and done some water change.

Not sure about that. probably as long as you need for the ich to clear up.
