Clam gaping?

Hey

I just got my first clam done a ton of research just quick question. Is my clam gaping or is this normal? I've read about fit can really find a good answer to know what gaping is.

Looks fine, mantle is extended over the shell, mouth is open not gaping and siphon hole should be oval. Here's a pic of my teardrop maxia had it for 5 months.
