cloudy water

So yesterday my boyfriend did our 10% bi-weekly water change and after the water was cloudy , we gave it 24hrs to see if it would go away today it was still cloudy so we did another 10% water change and it is still cloudy. We tested our water everything is fine.... any advice on what it can be and how to fix it?

Is the filter / powerheads on?

The filter is on we just put a new cartridge & the power heads are also on

What size tank? How new is it? Can you post a pic?

It's a 50 gal been going for about 2 1/2 months , u can't really see how cloudy it is in a pic , it's not bad it's a little cloudy but don't want it to get worse

Looks like it's just sand debris. Depending on your filter, it should clear up soon.

That's what we thought it was yesterday but it didn't go away

New tank will always have such cloudy water during its cycling process. Give it more time for several days and the water will slowly clear up.
