Cloudy waters new tank

Hello allive been setting up yhis new tank and i cant seem to get the waters to clear up.
Theres also quite a bit of Biofilm in the substrate at the beginning and imagine there is now as well.
It was even on the Spider wood after the first day.

Whats the best method for clearing this up?

Have you tried a UV Sterilizer?

Will it effect my BB?
Im trying to cycle this tank as well

I had cloudy water problems. Bacterial bloon, algae blooms. Ever since I installed a UV filtet. I am a happy man. Water is always crystal clear. U can Google UV filter to know about mote. Even on YouTube people made videos of a UV filter in action and how it clears water.

the bacterial bloom will die down, add a new carbon and buy some acurel water clarifier, it works wonders
