Does anyone know where I can get clown loaches over 3 inches

Check with an independent lfs who can order fish. It seems to be very difficult lately to find the larger sized ones. Mostly stores have 1.5-2".
Checking online CL or FB local forums for adopting them from people whose tanks they outgrow. Post asking for them. You could even offer to trade them small ones for the big ones, and then switch again later when they grow up.
