Clown loaches acting weird

So I know clown loaches have crazy personalities and usually stay on the bottom but one of mine keeps coming out to the middle and swimming around everywhere, it's not looking for food as they just had a good serving of frozen blood worms, all my paramiters are perfect

Nitrate 40
Water temp 78
No signs of sickness, he eats like a cow, no outer symptoms
Is this just how they are?

Clown loaches are very social and need to be kept in groups, but you are going to need a larger tank. Great turquoise rainbow.

Yes I know I'm not keeping them I had a huge snail outbreak so I got them to eliminate the snails, I did have 5 turquoise but 4 died of columnaris a year ago and I cannot find anymore , have to see if my lfs can get some cause you're supposed to have 4+, ty on the turquoise I know they needed a group of 4 also, I have 3 clowns one never comes out with the lights on
