why does my submersible heater have a water level line?

Exactly - it is submersible but they protect themselves legally with that handy water line, LOL.

ohhhhh!! so its like a minimun water level line ...i thought that you couldnt put it any deeper than that line

but hes not here with us anymore ..due to ich.. i really wish that i could of saved him but i didnt know what i was doing ..being a newb and all
