coral banded shrimp R.I.P.

Today my fellow salters,I lost my coral banded shrimp of 5 years.,i've lost others before but always through confrontation with other tankmates.Just curious,did he/she lived a decent life or is this a sign that something may be going on in my tank.The shrimp was completely intact.

Hate that. I had my last freshwater fish die a few weeks ago. Had him 8 years or so.

Im no expert appleton but 5 yrs seems pretty good for a shrimp.. If everything else is ok I would say it was just time.. I would test the water just to make sure.. RIP CB shrimp..
