The only corals you NEED to feed are non photosynthetic ones like sun corals. The rest of corals don't need to be fed. It's not a horrible idea but it really isn't necessary.
Everything you feed your tank impacts your water quality so keep that in mind when feeding corals. I feed my duncan coral sometimes, brine shrimp with a turkey baster to shoot the food onto it.
