Coverting to reef

I have a 55 g freshwater that I want to convert to a reef system. Could someone tell me if my plains are good?For fish I want to keep,
Orangeback Basslet
Blue-eyed Anthias
Coral Beauty Angel
Bicolor Blenny
yellow tang
Fire Clown
Percula Clown
Royal Gramma
I am going to have 440 watts vho lighting,30lbs of live rock http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=876, 35 lbs of base rock. I am also getting a prizm skimmer. I would like to have some corals to heres what i want,

could someone tell me if it is possible? I already have 2 power heads.

I think the tank would be way overstocked. I would lose the tang..not sure if your two different types of clowns would get along (no experience with the fire clown). The coral beauty may nip at corals. The skimmer would be way underpowered for this type of stocking plan.

You won't have enough rock work to support the anthias (besides they're very difficult fish to keep and require frequent feedings, which is usually counter productive to the clean environment necessary for corals). I'd rather see two percs then 1 of each type of clown.

Cut out the anthias and the coral beauty and you'll have a managable stocking level in the tank.

You want flow = 15-20x the tank volume so 800-1200 gph in flow would be good.

The corals you're looking at will do well under your lighting and thrive in that setting as they're not fussy corals.
