My two crayfish share a 10 gallon tank very well with each other and the female has had her eggs with her for about a month now. They looks a little orangish at this point. Will she eventually eat them if they dont hatch? She doesn't leave her flower pot ever and hasn't eaten since she laid her eggs, so I'm hoping the eggs hatch or she just gives up on it and starts eating again.
Also, I had a big bubble bar in the tank to give it extra oxygen but it caused a hideous problem with mold (or bacteria), so after cleaning it over and over and over again, I finally just omitted the bubble bar from the tank. Now they have a volcanic rock that they can climb above the water surface on if they need more oxygen. Any problems here?
