Ok my 29 gal FOWLR has amonia levels yesterday of 2.0. I will test again monday. I have to leave this coming Saturday for a week. No choice in the matter. These are my concerns and please advise if I should be worried about them or not.
1: I understand once nitrites convert to nitrates I should do a large water change before adding fish. If this happens before I get back is there harm in waiting to do the water change as longs as no fish are present in the tank?
2: Should I leave the lights out the whole time I am gone to limit algae growth?
3: Should I go ahead and add the power head to create current now?
Thanks
