My town has started adding chloramines to our water. I'm already using a dechlorinator. Do I just keep on as usual, or do I have to do something special for chloramines? Do all dechlorinators do chloramines as well as chlorine?

Prime will do it

Most dechlorinators will remove chloramine though check on the bottle or the manufacturers website, as above Prime will & imo it's one of the best.

Thanks for the replies. I will be buying some prime on the way home from work today.

I haven't noticed any major shrimp death so far... If my current dechlorinator wasn't doing the job, they would all be dead, right?

I also have no idea how many water changes I've done since the chloramines arrived. I'm guessing two.

Thanks for the moral support! Lol!
