I recently noticed a small hole in my clams mantle in between the siphon and slit. This does not seem normal. All my water parameters are perfect and there is not anything in my tank that likes to pick at the mantle, the only thing I can think of maybe the turbo snail that sometimes moves over the clam in search of algea. Should I QT it? 20191208_123239.jpg20191208_122929.jpg

Well, without any signs of color fading in the mantle it isn't from it not doing well...and no predators in the tank then nothing could do such a thing...

Keep a close eye on it. With it doing well there isn't a need to move it as any move is stressful. Even in a QT setup the issue could get better or worse depending on what is going on. If it starts to get bigger or color fades, move to QT.
