Does my betta have fin rot ?

He was in dirty bowl water before but now he's in 3 gallon tank with heater and filter . When frank was in the dirty water it looked like he had fin rot . I put him in quarantine tank with aquarium salt and did water changes . I feed him freeze dried blood worms and pellets . If he has fin rot will he be ok ?

it looks good now. if it does (or did) have fin rot then it looks like it has passed although im no expert

I think he looks ok. If you are worried keep the water extra clean and add some Indian Almond Leaves. They are used by many betta breeders and are supposed to have medicinal properties to help with fin rot etc. Good luck!
