My loach looks dead his face is completely dried up and film over his eyes he floats at the top and can barely swim I had him in a 46 bowfront which he has been in for about 6 month with no change previously I have him in 29 gallon for about 8 months I read some and looks like it could be a bacteria infection. I don't have any of that stuff to check the water or anything like that here are some picks what do you guys think...
