Dosing new tank

Having a horrible time starting this tank. I moved 3 corals softy's and 7 fish from a 210 to a 310.
Just did some test
Alk KH 8 don't like it below 7 or above 10
Cal 380 yes a little low needs to be 400
Meg 1200 yes it's low too and needs to be 1350
Ammonia 0
Phos 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrate 5
This morning the tanks a little cloudy,
Here one question when raising the meg can you just rase it by it,s self ?
Also tested the new salt meg is only at 1000 can I add meg to it
Not going to put anything in the tank till it clears up
Was going to do a 30 gal water change Sunday and another latter this week same amount. Need to get a bigger can

If you just want to raise your magnesium, you can use plain Epsom salts that you buy from any drug store. What brand salt are you using that test so low in mag?

Instant Ocean Reef Crystals Salt Mix 200 Gallon Box.
I using the BRS additives got all 3 Alk, cal, meg package mix it up your self. Last a long time.
Just did there calculator 1350 mil wow thats a lot, not going to put that much in at one time. That was to get it to 1250. Little at a time maybe a week or to to get it up.

I'm going to do a small water change 30gal, have to get more salt today.and see about a bigger jug say 50gal

On my 210 I did a 25 every two weeks, was thinking 50 for this one.

Redid the meg test on the new saltwater 1200 same as my tank,

Question
1. can I add meg to the new saltwater before the change.
2. Just adding meg to the tank will it get any more precipitation? it's not a snow storm, just a little hazy
