I have a 125g (45g sump w/ fuge) that's been up for about 5 or 6 months now. I have some coral but nothing big yet because it hasn't had time to grow. I'm curios if I should start dosing to keep my parameters level and if dosing is actually a plus to saltwater aquariums.

I wouldn't worry about dosing as it only leads to problems ,
If you do normal weekly water changes that should supply all the nutrients needed,
only time you will need to consider dosing is if you start adding lots of sps

I have 2 different pieces of the same sps coral that are about 2in. I also have a acropora that's about 2in, some other small stony coral. 2 different types of zoas, green star ployps, a hammer, and an unknown daisy colony that popped up in 2 places. All of which are small and seem to be healthy as of now. I just want them to grow and I haven't seen much growth.
