Dying discus!!!

hey y'all
I gotta problem
I have a 55g tank with 4 juvenile discus(not past 3 inches) and one of them die, first it started to drift in the water and just like stay in the back of the tank. It looks really skinny and just floating around. do u know what's causing this because another one of my discus is also starting to do that

We need a lot more info before anyone can help you. Sorry, it is a long list of questions:

How long has the tank been set up?

Is it cycled?

What are your water parameters/test results?

How often do you do PWC?

How long have you had the discus?

Are there other species of fish in the tank?

What is the water temperature?

it's been set up over a year
temp is 84
pH is 6.8
change water weekly with 25%

I've had discus for 2 years
there are clown loaches, runnynose tetra, simese algae eater
