The temp is 74 F. It's a 10 gallon tank.

What are your parameters? Ammonia? Nitrite? Nitrate?
Because you didnt know what i asked for im assuming you dont know or dont have a test kit. You NEED one.
Change change change water asap, like yesterday. Make sure you dechlorinate it first and try to match the temperature to the tank temp. If you want a chance of saving your other fish you need to do it this second.
