We had a good experience with them. Ordered for Wed delivery to take advantage of the free peppermint shrimp but they goofed on our order and forgot to send them. They will ship them the next time we order. Overall a very positive experience. Everything we put in lived and is doing quite well today. We ordered a cleaner package, so just inverts. No corals or fish this time around.

i order all my snails from them along with a few fish a+++++ from me
just a fyi they do carry more fish than whats on the site just ask what they have when ya call
