Feeding clownfish?

Hi. The whole day yesterday didn't feed my clown fish. When I woke up, I saw him dead. Did he die due to starvation? Thanks for your response.

No. Most fish can go days without eating. I only feed my reef tank every 3 days and have been doing it that way for years. I'd be more inclined to say that daily feeding led to an issue with parameters and that killed your fish.

It could be many different issues but it was not missing a daily feeding.

I've left my fish over a week with no food never seen any issues , I don't do it on purpose it be due to my Illness
They will scavenge the rocks and also the sand bed for food , my fish never show any real sign of starvation if they do get hungry they will eat all my snails , I will feed them 2x a day for like 3 days so they can catch back up , before replenishing snails
