Feeding fish?

How often should I feed my fish?

I've been told 2 to 3 times a day in very small portions, 1 time a day, and even once every other day.

What's the best option?

I have danios, tetras, Cory's, guppies, and 1 bn pleco.

I only feed once a day and a small amount, i do skip a day or sometimes two.
