I have 2 male guppys and 5 or more female guppys. The males always chase the same female constantly don't understand why tough she is the biggest

I have the same problem, your ratio is okay but I think the males seem to prefer the more mature females. Hopefully she wont get to stressed.
Try adding some decorations or plants where she can hide for a bit, only other options would be more females (a good ratio is 3f:1m) or remove the male(s)

Real men loves curves!

I would definitely add more hiding places for her to make sure she doesn't get too stressed. Depending on your tank size an current stock, adding a couple more females may also help.

Been this way ever since I had her lol she is fine she has survived fish in cycle when I didn't know better, a fungus outbreak that killed 2/3 population and ich lol she is tough even killed a male endler half her size once so she can be mean too

Male guppies are notorious for being aggressive toward females.
You shouldn't be worried, that is how a guppy do.
