Filter for tanks

I have penguin biowheel 200 on a 29 gal is this sufficient and how much stock could I have ? I have 3 peppered cory cat and 5 female 3 male fancy guppies in so far... An will add 2 juli cory cat after qaurentined
 
Anyone have an idea what kind filter system this is... It came with my ten gal

That is a Tetra Whisper Ex filter, I have 5 of them and I love them, it looks to me like its a Tetra Whisper 20 which is meant for 10-20 gallon aquariums. If you like this filter then you can go buy a Tetra whisper Ex 30 which will help, and the filter doesnt need a lid, its up to you if you want one on or not. When you do a water change take the cartridge out and squeeze the filter cartridge out in the bucket of old tank water. I would do that every 3 weeks.
 
Thanks just making sure the filter wasn't the min for the tank I'm usin it as fry/ quarantine new fish tank. Do you know if my biowheel penguin 200 is big enough for 29 gal
