filter upgrade Question

Hi I"m going from a HOB to a three stage Canister filter should i add media from my old filter to my canister
and or just run them both and if so how long do i keep them both going???

Up to you, either way works. Personally, I would just shove over as much media as you can into the new filter and do it that way.
