First Fish Quarantine

Hello. My 46g bow with 45lbs LR finished cycling about 1 week ago. I plan on adding 3 Blue Green Chromis to start things off. I have a 15g QT ready but I'm concerned that if I do not put some life into my 46g that my good bacteria populations are going to dwindle and cause another cycle when I eventually add the fish. Should I just roll the dice and add the 3 Chromis to the main tank? or stick to QT and maybe add a few drops of ammonia daily to the main tank? TIA

QT the fish and if anything "feed the tank" once or twice a week with a pinch of flake food.
