Fish ID

Hi all. These guys were in my tank when I got it nearly 2 years ago and I dont know what they are.
I know they arent head and tail light tetra or red eye tetra as I have brought both and they outgrow these mystery fish.

Anyone have any ideas??? Thanks.

Thanks guys. I agree more with the balloon type. Mine are only very short and the regular type are almost twice as long. Thanks again.
