Fish injured vs deformed

Not sure I did this pic right, but.... my danio (glofish) as he is growing seems more and more deformed, like his back is broken. He seems to get around ok though. Is this unusual? All the others seem fine.
 
I dont have a a QT tank. Only choice at this point would be euthanasia. He shows no other symptoms so far, still eating, swimming, etc. no bloating or lesions that I can see. Should I be better safe than sorry? If so, best way to euthanize if I do not have clove oil.
 
yup vodka is the next thing, pour it right into the gills to make it as quick as possible. i would ask friends or family if they have clove oil first since its the most humane
 
My lfs had a danio that looked like that!! I was going to buy it just because of the way it looked.
