Aquarium Advice Apprentice
BACKGROUND: No new fish or plants in at least 4 months (and even then only 1 change - everything else in for at least one year). Mature, balanced, and healthy tank.
PROBLEM: One of my two black ruby barbs is a pale yellowish color and its eyes seem to be bulging as if they were cartoon eyes, and also seem opaque, like a white cloud over each eye. Any ideas?
