Hi,
I have a danio with white, flaky scales, what looks like a bruise and torn fins. I'm trying to figure out if this could be an infection of some kind, or just an injury.
I had another fish from the same tank with similar symptoms last week (minus the torn fins), moved him to a hospital tank for a few days, and he healed right up. Today, he looks slight flaky again, but he could just be healing still.
These little buggers are fast, so it's hard to really see them closely.
Any idea of what this might be, and if I need to treat the tank, or just the affected fish? So far, no one else is showing any symptoms.
