Flashing GBR

I bought a GBR 6 days ago, hes still small and only around an inch long. He is healthy as far as I can tell, eating and swimming fine. No clamped fins and bright colors. Yesterday I saw him start flashing and shrugged it off but he is doing it again today. My Perimeters are-
Ph:: 6.9
Nitrites:: 0
Nitrates:: 20
Alkalinity:: 100
Hardness::100

Not much you c an do but keep an eye on him. I would do a water change. What temperature is your tank? They like it in the low 80s.

most people do a 50% weekly... so I'd do a 50%.
