Flow rate

Hey all. I have a 120 litre tank and just wondered the sort of flow I should be aiming at. I have a 2500lph wavemaker in there and a 3300lph return pump witch is not running at the moment due to my overflow playing up.

Any help would be appreciated

Aim for any where between 10-50x turnover depending on the corals your keeping. If it's a fowlr the main thing will be to ensure there are no dead spots in the tank more than a %

Thanks for the reply it'll just be having soft corals in. At the moment it has some zoas and some jasmine polyps in.
