Best picture I can get of her eye any ideas?
U can kinda seen her blue in the eye

Cloudy eyes is usually bacterial inf. I cured Corys with Popeyes and Slime with Voogle. Food soaked with garlic

I put garlic in there food? Also should remove her...... Can she spread this to other fish...... Also what couses this?

I would start by investing in a decent liquid test kit such as the API fw master test kit. Strips are not reliable and you need to know your ammonia levels, too. Cloudy eyes may be an infection but it also can be caused by ammonia present in the water. This would need to be ruled out first along with accurate measurements of your nitrate and nitrate levels before considering any type of treatment.
