Food for german blue rams

I was wondering what some good foods for gbrs are... also what (iyo) is the best?

Right now im trying TetraMin flakes, freeze dried blood worms, and tubifex worms... Only thing is I wish there was a sinking type of Freeze Dried worm... I hear Brine shrimp are the best live food.

None of that is needed or the best. If you haven't tried NLS I suggest you do. Even if you have to get it online it is definitely worth it.

Ill either get the cichlid formula or thera a.

I would do the Thera+A. The cichlid formula is the same as their regular formula but the Thera+A has enough extra garlic to kill parasites, something rams could benefit from.
