Free Puffer to good home

We have a puffer, a Target puffer to be exact. He's about six inches right now and is in perfect health. Due to apartment constraint we're looking to give him to a good home. We don't want to ship him, so local only. We're in Phoenix, the West Valley, we're willing to drop him off as well.
