Freeze Dried Blood Worms for ADF?

So ive had a few ADF's for a few weeks, and when i first bought them, i got sinking pellets, but they refuse to eat them, so i got freeze dried blood worms, which they love. since then, ive seen a few posts saying these are bad for ADF's. Can someone explain why?

Not really sure why they'd be bad. I used to have ADFs and their favorite food was blood worms. I liked the frozen ones since the freeze dried worms seemed to cloud my tank a bit, but they were blood worms nevertheless and my frogs super happy and healthy. I did skip a day a week but that's about it.
