UPDATE:

My Leleupi fry was dwindling so I found a home for all of my Malawis.

Only two of the fry survived, and now that I only had my Leleupi pair, their two fry, and two catfish, all was perfect for breeding.... Not so. The Leleupi had another fry which the catfish feasted on until there were only two left.

I re-homed the cats and was left with 3 pair of Leleupi, spanning 3 different generations. FINALLY... my Leleupi have a new fry and no predators to worry about
