German Blue Ram Sexing

After looking back over a post that mentions black fins on the bottom signifies a female. I have determined my male is a female and the female is a male.

That being said, is the male bullying the female normal for these guys? Have anything to do with them pairing or not pairing?

Both are females possibly...it's so hard to tell these things apart, why can't all fish be as easy as guppies.

The bottom fins being black doesn't mean a whole lot anymore, I have had males with black fins as well. As I said earlier in the thread, the males/females share a lot of traits now, the only major difference between the two is the size of the adults and the blue spangles in the black spot on their side.
