Getting back into it need help! Nitrate issue!

So I have a 29 gal tank with 3 fish and a frog in it and my nitrates are off the chart over 160ppm. I have done a water change for the last 3 days of 4 gals 6 gals and 6 gals and nitrates have not budged. What else can I do?

160 ppm is high. Change about 80% of your water daily till the Nitrates come down to about 20ppm.
