Ghost shrimp worm(s)?

I bought a ghost shrimp just recently and one of them had a weird worm inside it. I quarantined it and all the others in the bag that would've gone to my bichir and catfish. I just would like to know what this is. Pictures will follow
It looks like a tape worm although I didn't know shrimp could get those. It looks like it's constricting its guts too is it safe to put the others in or just hold off?

it may just be detritus that the ghost shrimp ate but is visible because of the ghost shrimps transparent body. i'd just let it sit for a whole and see if the shrimp digests it all.

Ok, but it stretches all the way down the to the tail and also looks like it wrapped around the inside of its eyes. Like in it's head
