Looks like regular bristle worms...

I agree bristol worm serve 2 good purposes #1 good part of your clean up crew and
#2 if you see them getting bigger it's a good indicator of over feeding , almost like a fuel gauge .

This guy is like four inches long. I've def over fed still learning and making tweaks. Thanks for the ID
