Good Schooling Fish with Cichlids

Is there a good schooling fish to keep with Mbuna cichlids? I have a 50 gallon tank with 6 cichlids if that matters.

Good question. I'm not sure there is one. IME, Mbuna are best kept in a minimum 48in long and all male to minimize aggressive behavior. I think most of the schooling fish we'll come across in the hobby will be new world schooling fish.
Mbuna are jerks. Females and smaller schooling fish will add to their psychotic behavior.
