Hi, I have done lots of things with mine. Mainly shrimp though. Chilis are very good with shrimp. I use Micro Bites from Hikari, and one day I found they were so tiny even the most the tiny micro pellets were too big for their little mouths. now I rub them together between my forefinger and thumb to make them even smaller and they filled out and got much more healthy looking.

I don't use flakes in my 6.6G due to how easy it is for them to turn to ammonia, especially considering shrimp in the tank. And use Prime for the water.

Here is a pic of the tank now, it is embarrassingly overgrown
:hide: but I am planning a rescape and just haven't decided yet.
There is a huge wad of Moss,
some Ludwigia Repens x L. Arcuata,
Anubias Nana, and Nana Petite,
I used to have Dwarf Ambulia which was one of my favorite plants,
Java Fern,
Marimo Moss Ball,
Micro Sword
Cryptocoryne Parva
Dwarf Vallisneria
Elodea
