I have a 125gallon saltwater tank for about 2 years and recently, I noticed that the green algae is taking over my tank.

What else can I do. ,my phosphate level is low, I dont have the lights on too much, I clean my water every 4 days, I am thinking of giving up. HELP ANYONE!!!
What are your other test results? If you give the full list of the test numbers, I'm sure someone will be able to point you in the right direction.

BTW, Welcome to the site! :)
Do you have a sump with Macroalgae? What is your Nitrate test result?
Are you using RO/DI water? Do you have a decent Protein skimmer?
Test results on your water...

Phosphate? - If you are getting a reading then you have too much in your system.

What kind of source water are you using? RO/DI? Tap?

How old are the bulbs you have on your tank? What kind of bulbs are they?

When you say you "clean" you water every 4 days what do you mean by this? What kind of filtration do you have on the tank? How many fish do you have in the tank? How much Live Rock do you have? Crushed coral or Sand for substrate?

Give us a little more information about your system so we can help point you in the right direction.

Welcome to AA!
