why does it say that the recepticle you ground your tank too must be above the water level of your aquarium. How are you suppose to do that? my outlets are lower than my tank. Or does this not really matter?
 
Never heard that. You should, however, make sure there is a loop (U) between the plug and the aquarium to make sure any excess moisture drips off the loop and not into the circuit.
 
I wish I had had one when my ph leached stray voltage into my tank and wiped it out!
