Dropsy stress and infection have been problems I've faced with my guppy breeder tank try raising tank temp to about 79°F changing out a third of your water and add a teaspoon of marine salt to one of the replacement gallons. Not by any means is this a remedy for seriously ill fish, but it does help stressed and crowded breeding gups I got for my daughter.
