Guppy lying on the gravel

Is my guppy ok? It is lying on the gravel

We need a bit more information. What are your water parameters? How big is the tank, what are the other tank mates? When was your last water change and how much?

It is not normal for guppies to just lie on the gravel. Are they breathing fast? Eating, pooping?

10 Gallons, last water change Saturday, all the gravel was vacuumed also

Do you test your water? Do you know your parameters if you do? Are they breathing fast?

No I cannot test the water right now.
I just checked on the fish and they are off the bottom and swimming around again
